2. Expert in Java programming.
3. Expert in modern database/storage technologies.
4. Competent in designing and building web applications and/or web services in a commercial setting.
5. Competent in design/implementation for reliability, availability, scalability and performance.
6. Competent in software engineering tools and best practices.
7. Conversant in web front-end technologies - HTML5/CSS/JavaScript.
