Job Description:

1. Is responsible for action steps that are clearly defined and laid out
2. Handles repetitive routine activities, that are standardised, with little or no scope for digression
3. Performs operational tasks of a repetitive nature, for which output is specified in advance
4. Is measured on adherence to timelines, quality, cost or savings targets
5. Uses guidelines or routines to solve regular problems
6. Has a basic understanding of the 1 or 2 core technologies used by the program
7. Follows instructions with minimal deviations from the specified standards
