Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform activities related to technical maintenance and administration of the IT Infrastructure
2. Provide basic OS support, Database and network & backup support
3. Provide proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of the Landscape
4. Execute projects when requested
5. Ensure all proper change management and problem management processes are followed
6. Share knowledge and lessons learned
7. Compile statistics & graphs for monthly reports to show trends and optimize systems
8. Assist in the definition and implementation of process improvement
Eligibility:
1. Degree: BE/BTech (All Streams) / MCA from 2014 batch
2. Eligibility Score: Minimum 60% and above at highest degree level
3. Exception for Maharashtra region colleges/universities: 55% and above at highest degree Level
4. Backlogs: No standing backlogs
5. Good pH score
6. Students who have undergone IT training in areas like Unix / Oracle/ MySQL / Routers, Switches, Firewall etc (ex Cisco)

Knowledge and Skills:
1. Good Attitude and willingness to learn.
2. Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
4. Familiarity with Operating System / knowledge of system commands and structures – Windows or UNIX.
5. Familiarity with of RDBMS Management – Oracle or MySQL
6. Familiarity with Networking concepts – Routers, Switches, Firewall etc.
Please note:
1. Though this is not a BPO job, but you are expected to work in 24x7 environment
2. The selection process will be held in May. The evaluation locations are tentative and are subject to change
